Tender Summary

UNDP invites eligible NGOs and organizations to submit proposals for Capacity Building on Innovative Financing for Development Solutions in Jordan and Lebanon.

This Call for Proposals is part of UNDP’s work under the regional response to the Syria crisis context, aiming to strengthen the capacity of NGOs, INGOs, and partners on innovative financing mechanisms, their practical application, and their role in supporting development solutions.

Objective

The objective of this call is to identify a partner organization with proven technical expertise in innovative financing to support social and economic outcomes for vulnerable people and communities, including displaced Syrians, in Jordan and/or Lebanon.

Expected Deliverables

The selected organization will be expected to:

• Develop a comprehensive one-day training material package on innovative financing.

• Deliver two one-day workshops targeting NGOs and INGOs operating in Jordan and Lebanon.

• Prepare a consolidated 10-page brief including key insights, policy recommendations, and priority actions for advancing innovative financing.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the required documents, including:

• Request for Information template.

• Audited financial statements for the past two years.

• Technical and financial proposal.

• Proposal submission form.

• Legal registration certificate.

• Any required supporting documents mentioned in the tender documents.

Budget and Duration

Proposal amounts should not exceed USD 10,000. The project duration is expected not to exceed two months, from 01 July 2026 to 31 August 2026.
