Framework agreement for Providing Vehicles rental service

The Yemeni Red Crescent Society – Hodeidah Branch, located on Madinat Al-Ummal Street, announces its intention to launch the following public tender:

Framework agreement for the provision of vehicle rental services for the Yemeni Red Crescent Society in Hodeidah Governorate and its districts.

This tender will be funded by YHF.

The envelope must clearly include:

Entity name
Project name
Tender number
Bidder name

The following documents must be attached:

1. Bank guarantee according to the template attached in the tender document, with a fixed amount of USD 600, or a certified cheque, valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening.

2. Copy of valid registration certificates.

3. Copy of valid sales tax certificate and tax card.

4. Copy of valid insurance card and Zakat card.

5. Copy of business license / professional practice license.

Foreign companies are exempted from submitting the certificates, licenses, and cards mentioned above. They are only required to submit the legal eligibility documents issued by their country of origin.

Deadline and Bid Opening

The deadline for receiving bids and opening envelopes is:

Wednesday, 01 July 2026, at 2:00 PM

Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender.

Place of Bid Opening

The envelopes will be opened at:

Yemeni Red Crescent Society – Hodeidah Branch
Madinat Al-Ummal Street

The bid opening will take place on Wednesday, 01 July 2026, in the meeting hall at the address mentioned above, in the presence of bidders or their representatives with an official signed and stamped authorization.
