KOHRW invites qualified companies, hotels, and service providers to submit technical and financial bids for providing a venue, catering, and accommodation services in Erbil for a two-day orientation/workshop session.

The required services include booking a training venue for 40 participants for 2 days, including projector/screen or 80-inch TV, stationery, and flipchart. The supplier must also provide coffee breaks, open buffet lunch, and accommodation in single standard rooms for selected participants.

The venue and accommodation should be available during the period 21–25 June 2026, with confirmation within 3 days of contract award. The hotel must also be able to coordinate with the relevant local authorities, including Asaish, for any required event approvals.

Required services include:

• Venue booking for 2 days for 40 participants

• Two coffee breaks per day for 40 participants

• Open buffet lunch for 40 participants

• Accommodation: single standard rooms for 8 participants for 2 nights

Offers will be evaluated based on administrative compliance, technical requirements, and financial evaluation. Mandatory documents include signed and stamped RFB, company registration, tax clearance/registration, and signed Code of Ethics declaration.
