Tender Details

Syria Relief and Development SRD invites qualified suppliers to participate in a tender for the supply of medical and laboratory consumables.

Interested suppliers must provide their company’s legal documents, evidence of previous experience, and a financial offer.

Currency and Payment

All offers must be submitted in US dollars (USD).

Payments will be made exclusively in Syrian pounds through bank transfer.

Offer Requirements

A complete quotation must include the following:

Signed and Stamped Documents
All request and tender documents must be signed and stamped. This is a mandatory requirement.

Tender Criteria and Conditions
The applicable criteria and conditions are explained in a separate document and must be considered when preparing the offer.

Legal Documents and Previous Experience
The supplier must provide the company’s legal documents and evidence of relevant previous experience.

Financial Offer
A complete financial offer must be submitted according to the tender documents.

Evaluation and Contract Award

The contract will be awarded to the supplier that achieves the highest total score according to the approved evaluation criteria.

The lowest-priced offer will not necessarily be selected if it does not achieve the highest overall evaluation score.

Delivery Requirements

The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering the requested items to the SRD warehouse in Azaz, North Syria.

All delivery costs, required paperwork, transportation arrangements, and related responsibilities will be borne by the supplier.

If any item requires special storage conditions, the supplier must maintain those conditions until the items reach the delivery point.
