Tender Invitation – Provision of Rental Vehicles

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our organization would like to invite your company to participate in a tender for the provision of rental vehicles. We invite your company to submit a quotation along with the required documents by:

Deadline: 13 June 2026

1. Tender Conditions

The tender aims to select a supplier for a framework contract with TdH Italy to cover all project needs for the requested items.

• Contract Duration: 12 months

• Estimated Total Value: < 300,000 USD

The full list of vehicles to be quoted is included in Annex 1. The number of vehicles to be rented will be confirmed monthly based on project needs. However, a minimum number will be guaranteed.

Vehicle Requirements

• All vehicles should include costs for insurance, fuel, regular maintenance, and driver.
  Expected working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, five days per week.

• Vehicles must be regularly registered according to local law. Vehicle documents will be verified during the selection process.

• Most vehicles will be used for travel across KRG, Ninewa, and Salah Al-Din governorates. The selected company must provide all documents required to process access letters.

• Some vehicles will be used exclusively in Ninewa governorate and must be based in Mosul city.

2. Tender Documents Required

To be considered for this tender, please provide the following documents:

• Annex 2 – filled, stamped, and signed

• Company registration certificate

• Tax certificate

• Bank account information

Alternatively, submission of the tender via email with all required documents is acceptable.
