Tender Details

The World Health Organization WHO invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the provision of safe water supply to health facilities supported by WHO in Yemen.

The proposal must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the official Request for Proposal documents and annexes available through the United Nations Global Marketplace UNGM.

Interested bidders must be registered on UNGM and express interest in the tender opportunity.

After expressing interest through UNGM, bidders will be transferred to WHO’s electronic tendering system, where they can access the complete RFP documents and related annexes.

Expression of Interest and Confirmation

After gaining access to the tender documents, bidders must confirm their intention to submit a proposal through the Correspondence tab in UNGM.

Confidentiality Undertaking – Annex 2

The bidder must also identify the authorized representative to whom tender communications may be directed, including an email address.

Clarifications and Questions

Bidders requiring clarification on technical, contractual, or commercial matters must submit their questions through the UNGM Correspondence tab.

The question itself
The relevant RFP reference or paragraph

WHO will publish a consolidated response to all submitted questions through UNGM without identifying the source of each inquiry.
