Tender Details

Ghiras Al-Nahda invites specialized and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of servers and technical equipment.

The tender includes the supply of IT equipment such as rack-mounted servers, enterprise network storage, UPS units, and related technical items according to the Terms of Reference and technical specifications included in the tender package.

The winning supplier will be responsible for supplying and delivering all required items within Damascus, at a location to be determined by Ghiras Al-Nahda after contracting.

Information Session

Ghiras Al-Nahda will hold an introductory session to receive and answer bidders’ questions for one hour.

Main Requirements

All materials must be new and unused, comply with the required specifications, and include the required warranty and technical support.

The supplier must submit prices in US Dollars, inclusive of all costs such as taxes, shipping, installation, and any other fees.

The winning supplier must supply the items within a maximum of 25 days and provide a deposit equal to 5% of the contract value upon contract signing.
