Tender Details
Takaful Al-Sham Charity Organization invites qualified suppliers and contractors to submit bids for the rehabilitation of the water treatment plant “network station” in Al-Shuhail village and the elevated reservoir in Al-Busayrah.
The scope includes rehabilitation works for the elevated water tank, water treatment plant works, pipes, valves, civil works, electrical works, solar power system components, pumps, control panels, and related installation and maintenance works according to the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications included in the tender package.

Required Documents
Bidders should submit all required documents listed in the tender package, including:
Signed invitation to bid form
Supplier ID and PTT account copy
Company bank account details in Syria
Technical offer and annexes signed and stamped
Financial offer
Two previous contracts or purchase orders with NGOs or government entities
Company commercial registration certificate
Company bylaws or official authorization document for the contract signatory
Main Conditions
The winning bidder must pay a USD 3,000 security deposit upon contract signing, which will be refunded after successful completion of the agreed works.
Subcontracting is strictly prohibited.
The implementation period must not exceed 60 calendar days.
Bidders must have accounts with Turkish banks or PTT and Syrian banks, as required in the tender package.
