   Including bank name, address, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, account currency, and account number.

8. Previous relevant experience
   Details of the three most recent relevant contracts.

Supplier Declarations

Bidders must confirm that they:

• Have read and accepted the RFQ requirements, terms, and conditions.

• Have the capacity, capability, and licenses to deliver the required goods/services.

• Will comply with ethical standards and the UN Supplier Code of Conduct.

• Have no conflict of interest.

• Are not under UN, World Bank, or international organization sanctions or procurement prohibitions.

• Are not bankrupt or involved in legal proceedings that may affect delivery.

• Confirm that the offered goods are new and unused.
