Syria Relief and Development invites qualified suppliers to participate in a tender for the supply of dignity kits. Interested suppliers must provide their company’s legal documents, previous experience, and financial offer.

All tender documents must be signed and stamped. Suppliers are also required to submit samples of the requested items for technical evaluation. The detailed criteria, specifications, and tender conditions are included in a separate document and must be carefully followed.

The contract will be awarded to the supplier whose offer is technically acceptable, meets the required quality standards, and can complete delivery within one week.

All prices must be quoted in US dollars. Payment will be made either in Turkish lira through PTT, based on the exchange rate applicable on the payment date, or in US dollars through PTT.

The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering the items to the SRD warehouse in Deir ez-Zor, including all associated transportation costs, documentation, and required procedures. Where any item requires special storage conditions, the supplier must maintain those conditions until delivery.
