The Aga Khan Foundation Syria invites licensed economic entities operating in the Syrian Arab Republic to submit price quotations for the supply of equipment for an insect control campaign to be delivered to its warehouses in Salamiyah City.

Submission Method
Bidders wishing to submit a price quotation may submit their offers either electronically or by hand.
Electronic Submission
For electronic submission, the price quotation and all required files must be uploaded in one password-protected folder.
The folder must include:
Required licenses in a separate folder
Financial offer in another separate folder
Files must be uploaded through the Submission link:
The financial offer must be password-protected. Financial offers submitted without password protection may be rejected.
The password for the financial offer must be shared during the public session for receiving and opening financial offers.
Hand Delivery Submission
For hand delivery, bidders must submit the required licenses and financial offer in a sealed envelope to the reception department at the Aga Khan Foundation building at the address stated below.
The submission must be completed before the deadline for receiving offers.
Public Opening Session
A public session will be held to receive and open the financial offers in front of all bidders who submitted price quotations.
Bidders may attend the opening session either in person at the Aga Khan Foundation building or online.
For in-person attendance, the bidder may attend personally or send an authorized representative, provided that the tender files are submitted by hand in a sealed envelope before the submission deadline.
For online attendance, bidders must upload the required tender files through the designated link before the deadline. After uploading the tender files, the link to the public opening session will appear automatically. Bidders must keep this link and join the session at the scheduled time to provide the password for the financial offer.
If the password is not provided during the session, the offer may be rejected because it cannot be opened or read.
Bidders who do not wish to attend the session may submit the tender files in a sealed envelope to the reception department at the Aga Khan Foundation building.
