Tender Details

Takaful Al-Sham Charity Organization invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of hand tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The selected supplier will be responsible for supplying and delivering the required materials to the designated project locations in accordance with the tender documents and attached technical specifications.

The work and delivery location is As-Safira in Aleppo Governorate.

Required Items

The tender includes a range of workers’ equipment, tools, and protective supplies. The technical specifications include items such as:

Workers’ uniforms and work coveralls
Professional safety shoes in different sizes
Personal Protective Equipment
Hand tools and workers’ equipment
First-aid supplies

The technical specifications document forms an integral part of the tender and must be reviewed before preparing the offer.

Offer Requirements

All quotations must:

Be submitted on the supplier’s official company letterhead

Include the supplier’s legal address

Be signed and stamped

Remain valid for at least 60 calendar days

Be submitted in US dollars

The bidder must provide a clear delivery and implementation schedule.

Required Documents

The offer must include the following:

Signed Invitation to Bid form

Supplier identification document

Copies of the supplier’s PTT accounts in Turkish lira and US dollars

Two previous contracts or purchase orders with non-governmental organizations, signed or stamped by both parties

Completed financial offer

Complete technical offer, signed or stamped

Technical specifications document attached to the tender

Valid commercial registration issued by the competent authorities

Company bylaws or an official document proving the legal authority of the person authorized to sign the contract

Pricing, Delivery, and Payment

The bidder must offer a fixed price for the duration of the contract.

Prices must include all related costs, including transportation, labour, delivery, and any other expenses required to deliver the materials to the designated locations.

Payments will be made monthly within 30 calendar days after receipt and acceptance of the invoice and supporting documents, based on the quantities actually delivered.

Payment will be transferred to the supplier’s PTT account.

Although offers must be priced in US dollars, Takaful Al-Sham may pay in US dollars or Turkish lira, based on the exchange rate applicable on the payment date.

Important Notes

Takaful Al-Sham reserves the right to accept all or part of an offer.

The successful supplier must sign the purchase order within 24 hours of receiving it.

The organization may inspect samples and visit the potential supplier to verify their capacity to complete the required supply.

Late delivery may result in contractual financial penalties, except where an approved force majeure event or organizational justification applies.
