Nahda Makers Organization invites qualified suppliers to submit a technical and financial quotation for the supply of ICT equipment. The quotation must be submitted electronically through the eProc System. Offers submitted after the deadline or outside the eProc system will not be considered.

Mandatory documents include:

• Signed and stamped RFQ document

• Recent company registration

• Recent professional license

• Recent tax clearance or tax registration

• Signed and stamped Code of Ethics declaration

Evaluation will be based on administrative compliance, technical compliance, and financial evaluation. The award will be made to one supplier for all items. Payment will be made 100% within 14 days after receipt of the goods/services in good condition, by bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
