Tender Details

The International Labour Organization ILO invites qualified companies and service providers to submit quotations for the provision of:

Translation services

Graphic design services

Typesetting and document-layout services

Applicants must submit a detailed priced quotation indicating the unit price and proposed timeframe for each deliverable included in the Terms of Reference.

Submission Instructions

Offers must be submitted electronically through the ILO e-Sourcing Platform – Jaggaer.

Bidders must upload all components of their offer before the deadline. Once the submission period closes, the system will prevent further uploads, including completion of partially submitted offers.

Late offers will be rejected.
