Tender Details

Nahda Makers Organization invites qualified companies and vehicle rental service providers to submit technical and financial quotations for vehicle rental services between Aden and Abyan governorates.

The requirement includes the rental of a four-wheel-drive vehicle on a monthly basis, in addition to daily rental services based on operational needs.

The proposed vehicle must be model 2015 or newer, accommodate at least five passengers, be suitable for remote and unpaved roads, and include the required safety equipment, insurance, maintenance, fuel and a qualified driver.

Required Documents

Bidders must submit the signed and stamped RFQ and Terms of Reference, company registration and tax documents, professional license, identification documents, driver’s CV and driving license, and the signed Supplier Code of Ethics.

Submission Method

Technical and financial offers must be submitted electronically through the NMO eProcurement system. Offers submitted after the deadline or outside the system will not be considered.
